Why the saved date of birth is different than the date that I have selected in the mobile app?
In some specific cases, the date of birth is shown as one day earlier or one day later.
This is a known issue on iOS that affects version 2.8.0 and earlier.

The app shows "Camera not authorized", what should I do?
Please, verify first in the Settings of the device that the Blockpass mobile application is authorized to use the camera
- iOS: Settings app > scroll down and select Blockpass > enable Camera
- Android: Settings app > Apps & notifications > Apps > select Blockpass > Permissions > Enable Camera
If the camera is already authorized but the app is still showing "Camera not authorized", you are experiencing a known issue with version 2.8.0 and earlier. We are working on resolving this bug in the next version. Apologies for any inconvenience
You can try connecting the merchant from your mobile phone. If the merchant enabled registration by mobile, you won't need to scan a QR code.
