Sometimes, being able to take a screenshot can be very helpful. If you think there is an issue with your application or Verification process, a screenshot will provide useful information to our support team.
Taking screenshots on iOS (Apple devices) is allowed by default.
If you are using an Android device, following steps will allow Blockpass App to take screenshots:
- Open your Blockpass App
- Tap on the Menu button on the left-top side of the screen
- Go to settings
- Turn off “Prevent Screenshots” setting
Turn off “Prevent Screenshots” at your own risk and turn it back on after finishing. We do not recommend sharing screenshots with third parties.
