Sometimes, being able to take a screenshot can be very helpful. If you think there is an issue with your application or Verification process, a screenshot will provide useful information to our support team.
Taking screenshots on iOS (Apple devices) is allowed by default.
If you are using an Android device, following steps will allow Blockpass App to take screenshots:
- Open your Blockpass App
- Tap on the Menu button on the left-top side of the screen
- Go to settings
- Scroll down, and quickly tap on the “Copyright” several times, until a “Secure flag” feature appears in the same menu
- Turning off “Secure flag” will enable screen capture while the app is open
Turn off “Secure flag” at your own risk and turn it back on after finishing. We do not recommend sharing screenshots with third parties.
