Blockpass Admin Console offers two-factor authentication (2FA) via an authentication app to protect your account from unauthorized logins (see a list of authentication apps below)

Setting up Two Factor Authentication (2FA) 

To begin set-up of two-factor authentication, the following is required:

  • A Blockpass Business Admin Console account 
  • Access to a computer to turn on 2FA
  • Access to a computer or a mobile device with an authentication app installed

Once your account is activated

  • Head to your Account Settings page
  • Turn on Two-factor authentication setting
  • Type your Blockpass Admin Console password
  • Open your 2FA app on your mobile device and scan the QR code
  • Confirm sync with the authentication app by typing the 2FA code generated by the app
  • 2FA is now enabled for your account

Note: We highly recommend installing an authentication app on at least 2 unique devices. This is to ensure you can still access your account should you lose or damage one of your devices.

Login with 2FA enabled

Once 2FA has been enabled for your account, the 2FA code will be required for login the console

  • Go to
  • Type your email address and password
  • Open your authentication app
  • Select Blockpass authentication
  • Type the code showing in the app in the Admin Console login form
  • You are now signed in the Blockpass admin console

Turning off Two Factor Authentication (2FA)

  • Head to your Account Settings page
  • Turn off Two-factor authentication setting
  • You can now sign in without 2FA code

Note: it is recommended that you keep 2FA enabled to secure access to your services.
