When an operator starts reviewing a profile, they need to assign this case to themself. No other operator can approve or reject the application after it is assigned to somebody else.

Being able to change the operator or re-assign the case may be useful in different situations. For example, if you have multiple operators or compliance specialists working in shifts or if a case needs to be escalated to a senior manager.

You can change an 'operator' by opening a detailed view of the profile and clicking the drop-down box in the Assignee section. The exact location of the icon is displayed in the screenshot below:

You have the ability to transfer a profile from yourself to another operator. Additionally, there are options to assign a profile from another operator to yourself ('Assign to self') and to remove the assignee from the profile.
