Upgrading Your Service Plan

Free Plan to Paid Plan
Choose between the Pay-as-you-go Plan or the Enterprise Plan based on your anticipated usage. Refer to the resources below for each plan:

Upgrading from Pay-as-you-go to Enterprise Plan
Follow these steps:
- Log in to console.blockpass.org
- Open the service you want to upgrade.
- Navigate to the 'PLAN' tab

andCONTINUE
- Choose the enterprise plan by clicking
REQUEST ACCESS
- Complete this Enterprise Order Form to register a Plan for your service.

Blockpass will migrate your service to the correct Plan and inform you when it is complete.
Switching Plans Within Enterprise
Blockpass offers three Enterprise tiers to cater to your KYC needs. You can easily adjust your plan based on your volume usage:
- Downgrade or Upgrade: To make changes, complete the Enterprise Order Form at least 7 days before the current month ends (including the submission date). Custom KYC services require a bespoke order form.
- Changes Take Effect: Downgrades or upgrades will be reflected on the first Monday (working day) of the following month.
Enterprise Service Limits and Upgrades

Enterprise Starter and Growth:
- Starter plan (maximum 2 services) needs upgrade to Growth or Coporate for more services.
- Growth plan (maximum 3 services) requires upgrade to Corporate for additional services.

Enterprise Corporate:
- This plan allows a maximum of 5 services.
- To add more than 5, a fee of $250 per additional service applies to the monthly minimum.
Example:
- You currently have 5 services.
- If you want to onboard a 6th service, the monthly minimum will be $1,249 ($999 + $250).
- For each additional service beyond the 6th, the monthly minimum will increase by another $250.
Downgrading from Enterprise to Pay-as-you-go Plan
This is a part of the Enterprise Termination process, when you request to terminate your service, we will downgrade all of your Enterprise Plan services within a subscription to a Pay-as-you-go Plan. Upon downgrading to a Pay-as-you-go Plan, the data will be deleted according to our Data retention policies in KYC Connect Dashboard.

Please note that there is no option to downgrade only one of your services under the same subscription.
Downgrading is part of the Enterprise termination process. When you request termination, all your Enterprise services will be switched to a pay-as-you-go plan. This triggers data deletion according to Blockpass's data retention policy.

Important Note: Downgrading individual services within the same subscription is not available.
