If you receive a notification that your profile has been approved or rejected, but when you log in to proceed with the resubmit step or check the approved status, the status still shows as "Queued" it means there is a status synchronization issue. This occurs when the system does not correctly update your profile status, resulting in a mismatch between the notification and what is displayed in your account.

 

To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

  1. Click this link to log in to your Blockpass account: Sophon KYC Login
  2. Logging in will refresh your KYC status and show the most recent update.

You should now see your accurate KYC status (approved, rejected, etc.).
