Are you prepared to embark on your Blockpass journey? Follow the steps below to start smoothly:
1. Create Your Business Account
To initiate the process, head over to console.blockpass.org. This will redirect you to the Blockpass single-sign-on system.
Here's what you need to do:
- Click on the link to register a new account and follow the instructions provided on the screen.
- Accept the Business Terms.
- Provide and verify your email address by using the verification code sent to your inbox.
- Choose a username and set your password for your account.
Once completed, you'll be automatically logged in, and your browser might take you back to the Admin Console home page.
2. Create Your Business Service
Once you've signed up and logged into your Business account, it's time to create a Business service. Simply follow these steps:
- Click on the "Services" option in the left navigation bar to create a new service.
- Press the "Create Service" button, and a new service form will appear.
- Add your Service Name.
- Click on the "ClientID" section; the system will generate a clientID for your service. You can customize it if you wish.
- You can add a logo later; this step is optional.
- Once you've filled in the necessary information, click the "Create Service" button.
3. Select a Plan for Your Service
Now your service is in Free Plan; the next step is to select a Plan.
The following guidance is applied to the 'STANDARD' Plan. If you select the 'PLUS' Plan, the only difference is that the verification will include the AML screenings.
4. Service configuration - Payment methods
Here, you can customize the requirements of your service to fit your needs or internal procedures.
Changing the requirements is straightforward - toggle the ON/OFF
button and click SAVE
at the end of the process
After selecting a Plan, then proceed to the 'Configuration' steps:
4.1 Verifications:
Here, you can select the types of Identity Documents that are allowed to be submitted to your service by ticking or un-ticking the box accordingly.
4.2 Onboarding
This section is where you can specify the types of documents/information you want to collect from your users.
- Personal attributes:

- Default: Name, email, date of birth.
- Optional: Address, Ethereum address, etc.

Age Restriction:

Set minimum age requirements.

Country Restrictions:
- Exclude or accept residents from specific countries.

Approval/ remediation mode:

Manual: Review all profiles manually.

KYC Bot: Auto-approve profiles with CLEAR results. Flagged profiles require remediation.

4.3 Company
In this field, you can see the company information you filled in before creating your service. You can add new company details or change an existing company if you already added it.
4.4 Payment method
This is a Pay-as-you-go package, and we charge via the added bank card
A bank card is required to register for your plan. Please enter your bank card details.
After all, click 'ENABLE' to start using your service.

6. Service is ready to use
Upon completion of the process, access the Shareable link in the Console to initiate integration if necessary, or alternatively, share it directly with your users.
KYC Dashboard Navigation
To access and verify user data submitted, navigate to the KYC Connect Dashboard at kyc.blockpass.org. For more information about the KYC Connect Dashboard, please refer to the help documentation.
