To enhance platform security and data management, we have implemented an inactive account policy.

Account Inactivity:

An account is considered inactive if there has been no activity (e.g., profile updates, or new service registrations) for three months.

Data Archiving:

Inactive account data will be archived to optimize system resources and enhance security. Archived accounts can still be accessed to view the status of previous submissions.

New Submissions:

Users with archived accounts will be required to re-upload and update their personal data for new submissions. This ensures the accuracy and up-to-date nature of the information provided.

Purpose:

This policy aligns with best practices for data management and security. By proactively managing inactive accounts, we aim to reduce potential security risks and protect user data.
