If you encounter difficulties attempting to connect your wallet via the web on your mobile device, consider employing the following alternative methods to establish the connection.
Use another device if you are using webID browser on a Mobile device
You can register for the service using the webID either on your desktop or another mobile device. Once registered, scan the provided QR code to connect the wallet from your mobile device.
To obtain detailed instructions on connecting a wallet installed on your mobile device to your profile on a web browser on a desktop or another mobile phone, please refer to the section titled '2. Web browser on a desktop connects a wallet installed on mobile' in the article."
Log in to WAD if you are using webID browser on a Mobile device or desktop
If you already visit the service that you are signing up for or made a submission to that service before, try logging in at https://identity.blockpass.org/frontend/#/register/input, select the service you wish to register, and connect your wallet by following the instruction in the section titled '2. Web browser on a desktop connects a wallet installed on mobile' in the article."
Try a manual wallet connection if you are using Mobile App or WebID browser
This instruction is for when you are required to provide and connect an Ethereum address and you are using Metamask Wallet. For other crypto addresses i.e. Polygon, and Binance, you can also refer to this article to apply the same manual wallet connect procedure.
If you are getting an issue when connecting your wallet. Return to this page and click ‘Unable to connect your wallet?’ and 'Continue'


- Input your wallet and click 'Add Ethereum address' -> 'Copy and Continue'
- Hold your Blockpass profile tab there and open another tab to take the message sign and signature
Ethereum - https://etherscan.io/verifiedSignatures#
Polygon - https://polygonscan.com/verifiedSignatures
Click 'Sign Message'
- Select the relevant wallet that you intend to collect.
There are two main directions to connect a wallet:
1. Directly connect the wallet on the same device (Desktop or mobile phone)
- Select Metamask and enter the password to Unlock the wallet
- Click 'Next' and then 'Connect'
- The Sign Message window is opened, now paste the message that you copied in your Blockpass profile and click 'Sign Message'
- Click 'Sign' on Metamask
- Now, remember NOT to click on 'PUBLIC' in case you do not intend to public the Signed Message on Etherscan. You can 'Close' instead
- Copy the Signature Hash and paste it to your current window of Blockpass profile
Once done, click SAVE to complete your wallet connection.
For a web ID user using a web browser on a mobile device to connect the wallet installed on a mobile or a mobile app user connecting the wallet installed on mobile:
- Complete your wallet submission by following the steps above. However, now you are required to re-open between the web browser/ mobile app and crypto wallet tabs on your mobile phone.
2. Web browser on the desktop to connect the wallet on the mobile phone
- After you click 'Sign Message' on the Etherscan (guided at the beginning of the article), click on 'Wallet Connect' it will open a QR code
- Open the 'Scan' button in your Metamask and click on 'Connect'
- Back to the https://etherscan.io/verifiedSignatures# tab, now paste the message that you copied in your Blockpass profile and click 'Sign Message'
- Check your Metamask on mobile you will see a notification allowing you to Sign a message
- After clicking on 'Sign', the signature is shown in the https://etherscan.io/verifiedSignatures# tab
Remember NOT to click on 'PUBLIC' in case you do not intend to public the Signed Message on Etherscan. You can 'Close' instead
- Copy the Signature Hash and paste it to your current window of Blockpass profile
Once done, click save to complete your wallet connection.
