Keeping your account details current ensures uninterrupted service and accurate invoicing. Use this guide to update your company profile or payment methods via the Blockpass Console.

Who Can Make Changes?

Only the Billing Owner has the authority to update company information or the linked payment method.

  • Self-Service: Changes can be made directly via the Blockpass Console.

  • Assisted Support: If you require manual assistance, the Billing Owner must email a request to sales@blockpass.org or submit a ticket via our support form.

[!IMPORTANT] Updating company details (such as your business address or tax ID) may impact your tax calculations or billing cycles.

How to Update Your Details

  1. Access Settings: 

    Log in to the Blockpass Console. Click the dropdown menu in the top right corner and select Company Info.

2. Update Company Profile:

  • Stay on the Company tab.

  • Click Edit Company.

  • Modify your details and click Save.

3. Change Payment Method:

  • Navigate to the Billing tab.

  • Locate the Payment Method section and click Edit.

  • Enter your new card information and click Replace.

It is important to keep your company information and bank card details up to date to ensure uninterrupted service and accurate billing.

Can I delete my bank card from the system? For security and billing continuity, a card cannot be deleted without being replaced. If you need to stop charges, you must cancel the plan.
