Acceptable Proof of Address Documents

Document Types:

• Utility bills (gas, electricity, water, internet, landline)
• Bank statements (current account, credit card)
• Statements from regulated financial institutions
• Bank reference letters
• Government-issued documents (e.g., tax returns, identity documents)

Document Requirements:

• Issued within the last 3 months (except for government-issued ID documents)
• Clearly shows the issuer's name and your address
• Issued in your name
• Reflects the address you are verifying

Additional Guidelines:

• Documents must be original and unaltered. You may redact sensitive financial information.
• Clear, legible screenshots or photos of documents are acceptable.
• The document image should clearly display your name, address, issue date, and issuer.
• Image quality can be slightly blurry if it remains readable.
• Government-issued ID documents can only be used as proof of address if different from the ID used for national ID, passport, or driver's license verification.
• Correspondence and handwritten documents are not accepted.
• We accept most documents in Cyrillic, Latin, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Japanese characters. Please provide your address in English and ensure accuracy. Non-English documents may require additional processing time.

• JPEG (.jpg) or PNG (.png) images
• Maximum file size: 15MB
