Enhanced Identity Service: A Two-Step Process for Secure Onboarding
To submit your KYC profile to our Enhanced Identity Service, you will need to undergo a thorough two-step verification process to ensure the highest level of security and accuracy.
1. Profile Submission via Blockpass
To initiate the verification process, you are required to submit your personal data through the designated KYC link provided by the service you wish to onboard. Make sure to include the following documents:
- A live picture of your valid physical Identity Document
- A live selfie picture
- Valid proof of address (Blockpass Standard guidelines: https://help.blockpass.org/hc/en-gb/articles/360043833034-How-do-I-complete-Proof-of-Address-verification-)
If your submission passes the KYC check, you will proceed to the second step. However, if the verification fails, your profile will be rejected, and you will be requested to resubmit valid documents/information.
2. Live KYC Verification (Interview)
Upon successfully passing the initial KYC Verification, you will receive an email containing a link to the second verification round. It is crucial to enter accurate personal information into the provided form. Following this, you will be contacted to participate in an interview with one of our operators.
Important Note:
Your profile will be approved only if you successfully pass both verification steps. If either step fails, your profile will not be accepted. It is imperative to ensure the accuracy and validity of the information provided during both stages of verification.
