As of January 7, 2026, Blockpass has deployed the New Billing System (V5). This update introduces a new Basic Plan and streamlined switching processes. To ensure a stable transition, we are managing changes differently for existing versus new customers.

1. Discontinued Plans

The Free Plan and the Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) Plan have been discontinued.

  • Existing Free/PAYG Customers: Your current service remains active and unaffected for now. However, these plans cannot be used for any new services.
  • No Downgrades: It is no longer possible to downgrade an active Enterprise service to a Free or PAYG plan.
  • Upgrading Legacy Plans: To move from a Free/PAYG plan to a current professional tier, please contact sales@blockpass.org.

2. Available Service Plans

Customers can choose from four professional tiers designed to scale with your business:

  • [New] Basic Plan
  • Starter Plan
  • Growth Plan
  • Corporate Plan

3. How to Switch Plans

👤 For Existing Customers (Pre-2026)

To ensure your data and current billing cycles are preserved accurately, self-service switching is temporarily disabled for legacy accounts.

  • To change your plan: Please contact sales@blockpass.org. Our team will manually migrate your account to the V5 system and apply your new plan.

👤 For New Customers (Onboarded in 2026)

If you were onboarded directly onto the V5 Billing System, you can manage your plan via the self-service dashboard:

  • Access Settings: Log in to the Blockpass Console. Click the dropdown menu in the top right corner and select Company Info.
  • Navigate to Billing: Select the Billing tab and click CHANGE PLAN.
  • Select New Plan: Review the plan details and click UPGRADE or DOWNGRADE on your chosen tier.
Note on Downgrading: > You must meet the "Seat" (staff members) and "Service" limits of the lower tier before the system will allow a downgrade. You may need to remove team members or deactivate services to proceed.

  • Important Note: The Corporate plan enforces a 12-month minimum commitment. Please note how this interacts with your service status:
    • Free Trial Flexibility: During your initial free trial period, you retain full flexibility to change or cancel your plan freely via the dashboard.
    • Active Subscription Lock: Once the official subscription period begins, the plan is locked for 12 months. During this time, the ability to cancel or change the plan is disabled in the interface.
    • Transparency: The Billing tab will display a clear notification indicating the specific date when plan changes will become available.
    • Renewal Notifications: One month before your commitment ends, you will receive an automated email detailing your upcoming options for renewal or modification.
