If your profile submission has been rejected, you will receive an email notification explaining the issue. To resolve it and resubmit your information, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the Rejection Email
Locate the email notification regarding your profile rejection. This email contains a direct link to your profile. Click the "FIX THE ISSUE" button to proceed.
Step 2: Access and Update Your Profile
You will be redirected to the service page where your profile was rejected. Click the "UPDATE" button to begin making the necessary changes.
Step 3: Identify and Correct Rejected Attributes

On the profile page, any attribute that requires an update will be marked with a red "Update required" message.

Click on the rejected attribute to view the specific reason for rejection and the required action.

Select "FIX IT NOW" to make the corrections, and then click "SAVE" to save your changes.
Step 4: Resubmit Your Profile

After updating the rejected attributes, you will be taken back to your main profile page.

Reviewed your information again, and scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "RESUBMIT" button to complete the process.
After resubmission, your profile will undergo another round of verification. You will be notified via email about the status of your profile or if any further action is needed.
