If you’re an individual user of Blockpass, this article explains our policy on data storage for inactive identity accounts and how it may affect you.

Your Identity Account

When you first submit your KYC profile to a Blockpass service, an identity account is automatically created for you. This account lets you manage submissions to different services and view your KYC status. Your identity account is fully controlled by you and is not affected by the data archiving policies of individual services.
You can access your account anytime by logging into https://identity.blockpass.org.

Inactive Account Policy

To enhance platform security and manage data efficiently, we have implemented a policy for inactive accounts.

What counts as inactivity?
Your account is considered inactive if there has been no activity—such as updating your profile or registering for a new service—for two months.

What happens when your account becomes inactive?
If your account is inactive, your personal identity data will be archived and permanently deleted
After this happens, when you log in, you will still be able to see the services you previously submitted to and their KYC statuses, but your personal identity information will no longer be stored.

How to submit again after data is archived
If your account has been archived and you need to make a new submission, you’ll need to re-upload your personal information. This ensures that the data you provide is accurate and up to date.
