The onboarding requirements presented to the user are determined and configured by the respective Business. Upon accessing a Know Your Customer (KYC) link, the user will be presented with the specific requirements established by that Business.

These requirements may include restrictions on sign-ups from certain jurisdictions or limitations on the types of documents accepted. Blockpass does not establish these onboarding requirements.

When a Business opts for Blockpass to conduct document verification, the submitted documents are processed in a standardized manner. This verification process aims to assess the authenticity of the presented document. If a potential issue is identified during the document verification process, the document will be flagged for review by the Business. The final decision regarding the acceptance or rejection of a user's application rests with the Business.

Users are advised to monitor their application status at identity.blockpass.org or email tracking to ascertain whether the Business has provided a response or requested additional data to complete the onboarding process.

Inquiries regarding the reasons for rejection by a Business should be directed to the respective Business entity.
