Blockpass will follow your guidance as the Authorized Representative to share the KYB report with the customer (service)
We will not disclose the KYC details of the officers or the Authorized Representative to our Business customers. In the event that they require access to the personal documents of the directors or shareholders, we will approach you to seek your approval before proceeding with sharing the information.
To terminate your Enterprise service, please complete this termination request form. Kindly submit your request at least 7 days before the end of the current calendar month to ensure termination occurs at the end of that month. Requests received after this deadline will be processed for termination at the end of the following month.
Prior to the termination date, please ensure all essential data has been extracted from your service. On the termination date, your service will be downgraded to our Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) Plan, and your data will be managed according to our standard PAYG data retention policy, which involves deleting data in your dashboard.

Managed Services is a service provided by Blockpass where you outsource operational process of approval and processing of KYC Profiles to Blockpass.
Under this service we will enable our automated approval system called KYC Bot which approves approximately 70% of cases as the user has passed all automated checks.
The remaining 30% are processed by our Advanced KYC Bot which runs on a daily basis.
Of the 30%, 5% will need manual review which would be done by the Blockpass team.
In addition to the remediation processes above we conduct spot audits of your Dashboard.
For Managed Services 50% is added to the price of your certificates.

This involves the collection of simplified due diligence on your corporate customers in question. We share a form for your corporate customers to complete. The form requests information about their company and a request for supporting documents. This form is a permanent link.
You can request at any time to disable the KYB package. At which point we will remove your Service from the dropdown list of Businesses that use Blockpass' KYB service. The supporting documents are documents such as the certificate of incorporation of the company. Once they have completed this we conduct an AML check on the company name. We then email the authorised representative of the company and request that they complete KYC with Blockpass. When the authorised representative has completed the KYC service we inform you that the onboarding is complete and share with you a summary form with the corporate data that your customer requested for us to share with you.
KYB package is only provided to Businesses that are on our Managed Service. The KYB package includes the verification of up to 50 companies a month. If your usage is greater than 50 a month then you will be charged $10 per company.
We provide for you a compliance specialist to assist with answering ad hoc AML questions or the development of AML policies.
Proof of ownership of wallet (Unhosted Wallet KYC).
This service is as follows:
Blockpass requests the user to connect their wallet to their KYC Profile in Blockpass and to sign a message using their Wallet to prove that they own the wallet. This signature is then verified by Blockpass and verification certificate is used accordingly.
Note: at present the signature verification service is limited to certain blockchains. Please check with your account manager regarding which blockchains are included as this may vary from time-to-time.
The charge per certificate is $0.15

This covers up to 250 wallets a month.
More advanced and enhanced reports are available upon request. Any unused amounts in any monthly period are not carried over to the next monthly Billing Period.
If your usage is greater than 250 a month then you will be charged $1 per check
Blockpass provides individual AML searches where needed. This could be that you want to check variations of names or have a list of names that you want checking outside of the Blockpass system. Under our Advanced AML package we offer Ongoing Monitoring. Under Ongoing Monitoring we conduct a scan of your user's data on a daily basis to see if there have been any updates to their records. If so we report the same to you. Any usage above 500 individual AML searches a month is charged per search at $1.
Blockpass configures the Dashboard so that you can check the status of a user via API.
The service is provided only for clients that have selected a Managed Service.
The system is configured to collect a blockchain crypto address from users. The Client is able to query the status of a user through submitting a blockchain crypto address to the API. Blockpass archives the data from the Dashboard after completing the verification process.
The Client does not have access to the Dashboard throughout the duration of the contract. Upon termination all data is archived and the Dashboard re-assigned to the Client. (Delivery of the approval result on the blockchain is quoted for separately if required as part of this service.)
Blockpass is able to provide to you a dedicated operator or a team of dedicated operators for you.
Dedicated operators would provide manual KYC support and review.
The dedicated team would also cover a dedicated support desk for your service(s).

Blockpass is able to offer to self-managed business customers the ability to use the automated remediation feature of Advanced KYC Bot. If you are not on a Managed Service you can choose to add this feature to your Plan.
The charge is $0.10 per interaction of the Advanced KYC Bot.
Blockpass conducts Enhanced Identity Verification on your users.
This is a minimum subscription requirement of 50 users a month. The verification process consists of users completing identity verification and AML checks via the Blockpass portal. If the user completes the checks (which are managed by the Blockpass team) then we conduct a live interview with the user based on the documents submitted. This service assumes 1 live interview per user and 2 remediations within the Blockpass dashboard. Any usage above 50 users a month is charged at $10 a user.

Configuring your Dashboard
Order form terms:
This Enterprise Order Request is to purchase Blockpass’ KYC Enterprise Services, which are designed for businesses with higher volume or additional requirements. To proceed with purchasing the Enterprise Service package, the customer must select a subscription above and complete this Order Form and submit it to Blockpass. Upon submission of the Order Form with the selection of the subscription above, it will be considered a binding order from the customer to receive Enterprise Services. If the customer does not want to proceed, they should not fill in the form.
All Enterprise Services are subject to Blockpass’ existing Business Terms and Conditions, which were made available to the customer at the time of creating their Business Account. Any term defined in this Order Form has the same meaning as in the Terms unless stated otherwise in the Order Form.
Upon receipt of the Order Form, Blockpass will confirm acceptance in writing. This will form a binding Enterprise Contract based on the terms set out in this Order Form and the Terms. If there is a conflict between the Terms and this Order Form, the Terms will apply.
The customer confirms that the Business User submitting this Order Form has the necessary authority to enter into the Enterprise Contract. The email address submitted with this Order Form must be the same email address as registered on the Console for the Billing Owner identified in the Business Account. Blockpass’ preferred communication medium is Telegram for real-time communication. Upon acceptance of the Order Form, Blockpass will set up a group on Telegram for coordination purposes and to determine the scope of Enterprise Services, if applicable.
The Subscription for Enterprise Services will s tart on the date immediately after the expiry of the free trial period ("Start Date") and the first pro rata calendar monthly payment will be charged to the customer immediately on or after the Start date. The Subscription will continue for the Initial Subscription Term, which is the remainder of the calendar month in which the Subscription started and one further calendar month. After that, the Subscription will continue on a rolling monthly basis, unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Order Form and/or the Terms. The Subscription Term will be split into Billing Periods, which will be calculated over a calendar month. The first Billing Period will start on the Start Date and end on the last day of the relevant calendar month. The final Billing Period will start on the first day of the relevant calendar month and continue until the effective termination date of the Subscription.
To cancel the Subscription, the customer must give written notice to Blockpass at least 7 days before the next Billing Period (i.e the start of the next calendar month) begins in the specified format. If the customer provides notice to cancel at least 7 days prior to the next Billing Period, the effective date of termination of the Subscription shall be the expiry of the Billing Period in which the notice was served. If the customer provides notice less than 7 days before the next Billing Period, their Subscription will automatically continue for that next Billing Period and shall instead be deemed terminated at the end of the next Billing Period, and the customer will be charged accordingly, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Blockpass may terminate a Subscription with immediate effect at its discretion. If Blockpass terminates during a Billing Period, they will issue a prorated refund for any prepayment for Enterprise Services not yet provided.
Blockpass offers additional services provided under its Enterprise services, which requires selecting KYC Connect Enterprise in the Console first and reaching out to Support. Enterprise packages are based on different minimum charges per month. The pricing per verification is itemized in the table above. If a Verification Certificate needs to be reissued, the customer will be charged according to the prices indicated above or as agreed otherwise in writing.
Blockpass can offer Managed Services as part of the Enterprise Service, which is a specialist operations service to perform KYC remediation work on the customer's behalf. However, it is the customer's responsibility to approve Individual Users, and the Managed Service does not detract from the customer's responsibility as a Business. The Managed Service only covers remediation of profiles that have failed the automatic verification system.

At Blockpass' discretion, customers may make prepayments in fiat or stablecoins to top up their account. Blockpass will not refund prepayments or top-ups under any circumstances. Depending on volume, Blockpass may request prepayments to ensure that the customer has sufficient credit to settle all invoices when they are due. Customers must have a registered bank card, even if prepaying in crypto.
All billing is exclusive of sales tax/ VAT if applicable.
Our free trial is for 7 days (unless otherwise in writing), one free KYB and/or up to $25 of usage on KYC and other services.
By registering for the On-chain KYC service, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms, which should be read in conjunction with our Business terms and the Order Form you have already submitted:
- Blockpass will handle the management of the dashboard and support for this service.
- You will not have access to any user-specific KYC data.
- You will be able to check the KYC status of users through API keys. The API will only return the profile status.
Please take note of the following:
User data in the service dashboard will be archived, with all personal data removed, for approved users after 2 months from the submission date. Rejected users will be deleted from the service dashboard after 2 months and will need to resubmit if they wish to use your service.
Blocked users will remain in the service dashboard as long as the service is active. If you terminate your contract with Blockpass, all data, including logs, in the service dashboard will be deleted.
If you require access to the service dashboard for audit or regulatory purposes, you can submit a request to the support team. The service dashboard will be deactivated, and all data from blocked or rejected profiles will be archived and deleted. We will then grant you access to the dashboard, which contains logs of verifications performed on approved users.
Configuring your Dashboard
Order form terms:
Our Enterprise Services are for higher volume KYC service requirements of Businesses. If you wish to purchase the Fixed KYC and KYB package, complete this Enterprise Order Form (or Order Form). Once you have submitted the Order Form, we shall consider this a binding order from you to receive Enterprise Services from Blockpass. If you want to avoid proceeding, please do not fill in the form.
The provision of all Enterprise Services is subject to our existing Business Terms & Conditions https://www.blockpass.org/merchant-terms/ (“Terms”), which were made available to you when creating a Business Account. Any defined term in this Order Form shall have the meaning given to it in the Terms unless otherwise stated in this Order Form.
Once we have received the Order Form we shall confirm our acceptance under paragraph 4 below in writing at which point a binding contract shall form between us and you based on the terms set out in this Order Form and the Terms (“Enterprise Contract”). If there is a conflict between the Terms and this Order Form, the Terms shall apply.
You confirm that the Business User submitting this Order Form has the requisite authority to enter into this Enterprise Contract. Please note that the email address submitted with this Order Form must be the same as registered on the Console for the Billing Owner identified in the Business Account. Our preferred medium for real-time communications is Telegram. Once we have accepted your Order Form, we will set up a group on Telegram for coordination purposes and to determine the scope of Enterprise Services where applicable.
1) Duration and termination
Each subscription for Enterprise Services (“Subscription”) shall commence on the date that we receive cleared funds for the $3000 Payment for the Subscription and shall continue for two months of the remainder of the calendar month. Under no circumstances will we be required to refund you for the payment made.
Your Subscription will be terminated after 2 months according to your agreement. The Blockpass Finance Department will contact you regarding the termination timeline. In case no response from you, the subscription will be auto-renewed.
Or you can renew the package. We will restart your Subscription and provide the service for the next two months. If you denie to continue, we will terminate your service according to your agreement.
At our discretion, we may decide to terminate a Subscription immediately. If we terminate during a Billing Period, we will issue a prorated refund for any prepayment for Enterprise Services not yet provided.
2) Enterprise Services - Fixed KYC and KYB package
Blockpass offers some additional services provided under KYC Connect Enterprise. The Enterprise Service requires you to select KYC Connect Enterprise in the Console first and reach out to Support.
You will only receive this Order Form once you have selected KYC Connect Enterprise in the Console.
The Fixed KYC and KYB is a package for a one-time KYC and KYB Onboarding project.
It is for use over a period of 2 months and includes up to 100 KYBs and 1,000 KYCs. The level of KYC is Enterprise Pro and consists of a Managed Service.
a) Managed Services
Managed Services is auto-offered when you register the Fixed KYC and KYB package.
The Enterprise Managed Service provided by Blockpass involves configuring the service to meet the KYC requirements specified by you in the Enterprise Order Form submission. You can request changes to the configuration or dashboard settings, which we will update accordingly.
Profiles with 100% AML same name match/suspected ID result or exceeding the submission times are blocked. Blockpass's operators will manually audit BLOCKED profiles and reverse the block if they confirm the False Positive AML result or find a potential solution to fix the profile.
Both the KYC Bot and the Advanced KYC Bot have to be enabled for the provision of the Enterprise Managed Service.
In addition to technical and data deletion support, users of the Managed Service receive assistance in checking their KYC status in detail and are given instructions on the submission flow if needed.
b) Priority Support for Businesses
We offer Priority Support to all Businesses that purchase Enterprise Services. This means if you, as an Enterprise client, have a question about particular Individual Users, we can look into that for you and revert via a real-time communications channel (Telegram group). With Enterprise, we assign a dedicated Account Manager to you for any queries you have. Support is provided on a best-efforts basis outside regular work hours (9 AM -6 PM GMT+7). During working hours, you should estimate to be responded within 6 hours from when you raise the query.
The above-indicated response time of our support team is on an all-reasonable endeavors basis, as may be reasonable under the circumstances, considering the volume of queries at the time or any other factor that may affect the timely response of our support team. Any delay in the response time shall not constitute a contractual breach of contract on the part of Blockpass.
3) Acceptance
If you submit this Order Form, we will review the configuration of your Service. We reserve the right to provide Enterprise Services to you when we have received the payment (as detailed below). If we have not received the payment within 7 days of submitting this Order Form, we will terminate your Business Account. Based on the information provided in your Order Form we will add you to the KYC Connect Enterprise Pro-Managed.
4) Charges and billing
As consideration for the provision of the Enterprise Services - Fixed KYC and KYC package, you will be charged for the 2-month Billing Period. Payment methods applied to you are via bank card or cryptocurrencies (USDT). All charges are exclusive of sales tax (VAT) where applicable.
Any failure to pay may result in termination of your Business Account.
a) Minimum Usage payments
You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Enterprise Services - Fixed KYC and KYB package includes up to 100 KYBs and 1,000 KYCs. At the end of the Billing Period, Blockpass shall be entitled to charge you for your usage over the rest of the Billing Period over and above the Minimum Usage (“overage charge”).
b) Top-up payments
Suppose during a Billing Period, your actual usage exceeds the Minimum Usage. In that case, Blockpass may require you to top up your Business Account during that Billing Period based on Blockpass’ estimation of your anticipated usage in respect of that Billing Period so that you have enough credit to cover the invoice that will be issued at the end of that Billing Period. Any top-up will be applied as a credit to your Business Account. Once Blockpass issues an invoice, it will first set off the amount owed against the credit balance in your Business Account and take payment from your card for any outstanding amounts. To the extent you still have credit on your account following settlement of an invoice, such credit may be applied against the next invoice.
Under no circumstances shall Blockpass be in a situation where you are unable to settle an invoice due in respect of a particular Billing Period. Blockpass reserves its rights to suspend your Business Account or otherwise decline to make the Services available if it reasonably anticipates that you might be unable to pay an invoice and disclaims any liability for losses you may incur as a result, if you refuse to top up your credit as may be requested by Blockpass from time-to-time.
Further, if during a Billing Period, your credit balance is reduced to less than $250 you may also be required to top up.
Top ups may only be applied against future invoices (unless agreed otherwise in writing) and shall be considered non-refundable unless we terminate the Services prior to the end of a Billing Period for no fault of you in which case we shall refund you on a pro-rated basis in respect of any amounts paid for Services not yet provided.
We charge you in advance for a minimum usage range to ensure we can provide you with a minimum level of resources to support your project. The Subscriptions below are based on a minimum number of users per month. Any unused checks will not be carried over to the next month. We may also waive the prepayment and/or top-up requirement at our discretion.
We reserve the right to withhold providing any Services until we receive cleared prepayment/top-up funds.
Acceptance of crypto
Minimum usage payments (with the exception of the Advance Payment) and top-ups may be payable in fiat or crypto at Blockpass’ discretion. Blockpass does not cover banking or processing charges associated with paying in fiat or crypto. We support USDT only on the Ethereum network where crypto is used for a prepayment. The Business is responsible for network gas fees in sending any transaction. We convert the USDT to USD with our third-party provider. The USDT will be converted at a fixed rate of $0.98 per USDT, a 1% transaction fee shall then be applied and $100 handling fee for cryptocurrency transaction processing. If you wish to use crypto to make a prepayment or top up your account, you must always have a functioning bank card registered in the Console, and the Advance Payment must be via the bank card.
c) Invoicing
For each Billing Period, we shall endeavor to invoice you on the last Business Day of the Billing Period for Minimum Usage prepayment in respect of the next Billing Period and any overage charges concerning that Billing Period’s usage. Invoices shall be immediately due and payable, and we shall take payment by first setting off the invoiced amount against your account balance and then either taking payment directly from your registered bank card or, if you have requested to make prepayment by crypto or fiat, we will arrange for such amount to be made. For the avoidance of doubt, failure to invoice you on or around the last Business Day of a particular Billing Period in respect of that Billing Period and the subsequent Billing Period shall in no circumstances be construed as a waiver of our rights to charge you in relation to those Billing Periods.

Welcome to Blockpass as a Business User! Blockpass, representing the Service, conducts verifications for companies that are customers/investors. To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, we collect the following information separately from the Business Authorized Representative via this form.
The supplied information will be verified and included in the KYB Report shared with the Service.
