Translations from a language to any language in this list of languages are supported. The languages currently supported by Blockpass are:
As a user or a customer of BlockPass, you would use many kinds of websites, such as: Mobile App (MA), WID, Admin Console and KYC Dashboard. Each website will have multiple language translator (there are some of them that don't have a multi language translator).
Detail by product:
- Blockpass Mobile App: full translation (Chinese, Russian, Japanese, French, English)
In the Mobile App, change your language by clicking the symbol Menu ☰, choose‘Settings’, choose ‘Language’, then the available language options in the menu will appear.
- Web Registration (WebID): English only (translations will be updated soon)
- Admin Console: full translation (Chinese, Russian, Japanese, French, English)
In the Admin Console and the SSO (OAuth) System, change your language by clicking your avatar at the top right. Choose ‘Languages’, then the available language options in the menu will appear.
- KYC Dashboard: full translation (Chinese, Russian, Japanese, French, English)
In the Dashboard, click your avatar, then select 'Edit Profile' from the menu. Your account profile will be displayed, including a language selector.
Kindly note that we are using the auto-translate function of Google Translate (except English language).
For example: Our User Interface (UI) will read the document provided with an original language, then it will translate (by Google Translate function) and the document will be displayed via a file of the target language.
There are some projects that we hire translators for. Besides, some other projects use the API (Application Programming Interface) to translate English file text into other languages.
