This section lets you control who has access to your service's dashboard, which contains user data.

Available roles:

  • Billing owner
    Full access, including managing company information and payment methods.
  • Manager
    Full access is available except for managing company information and payment methods.
  • KYC approver
    Can review and approve the profile. Cannot delete a profile or update settings.
  • KYC reviewer                                                                                                                                Can only process the profile; cannot approve, delete a profile, or update settings.
  • Read-only
    Views user profiles. Cannot delete the profile or update settings.
  • Acccountant
    Views usage data and plan settings. in the Admin Console

Adding a Team Member:

Please follow these steps to add a new team member: 

Step 1: Access and log in to your business service.

Step 2: Once you have logged into the Admin Console, choose a service which you want to add the new team members to.

Step 3: Click on the TEAM tab.

Step 4: Click ADD MEMBER.

Step 5: After selecting ADD MEMBER, a board will appear. Here, fill in the email and set the role of the person that you want to add as a team member.

Step 6: After finishing, click INVITE.

The team member will receive an invitation email with a link to access the Console.


Removing a Team Member:

Click the icon Action next to the team member's email and select REMOVE.

Important Notes:

  • Adding a team member grants them access to the service and its dashboard.
  • Only one email can be added at a time.
