For customers using the KYC Connect service, day-to-day management is typically handled by the customer. However, in certain circumstances, customers may need to provide access to Blockpass operators to support service management. This feature allows customers to authorize Blockpass operators to access and manage their services when necessary.
- Managed Services: Blockpass requires access to the customer’s dashboard to supervise and manage the KYC verification process.
- Self-Managed Services: The customer retains full control. However, in specific scenarios, such as needing help with configuration or exporting data for an add-on service (e.g., transaction alerts), the customer may need to temporarily provide access to Blockpass operators for assistance.
How to Enable Blockpass Operator Access
To grant access to Blockpass, follow these steps:
- Log into the Admin Console.
- Navigate to the "Team" tab. Click on the "Blockpass Access" button, located at the top right of the screen.
- To activate this feature, the customer simply needs to swipe from left to right until the button turns blue.

The duration of service access will be determined based on the agreement between the customer and the Blockpass team.
