The Company Info section of the Blockpass Admin Console is your central hub for managing your business identity, subscription tiers, and team permissions. This guide provides an overview of how to navigate these settings to keep your operations running smoothly.

Important Note on Permissions: To ensure account security, only the Billing Owner has full authority to add new companies, modify company information, update payment methods and service plans, or manage team member access levels within a company.

How to Access Company Info

  1. Log in to the Blockpass Admin Console.
  2. Click the Dropdown Menu in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
  3. Select Company Info.

1. Company

This tab allows you to manage the corporate identity associated with your Blockpass services.

  • View & Edit: Review your current business details and make updates (at the EDIT COMPANY button) to ensure your profile is accurate.
  • Multiple Entities: Use the dropdown menu to view a list of all companies associated with your account.
  • Add New Company: Easily register a new business entity to begin setting up separate services.

     

[!IMPORTANT] Updating company details (such as your business address or tax ID) may impact your tax calculations or billing cycles.

2. Billing & Subscriptions

The Billing tab provides a comprehensive look at your financial relationship with Blockpass.

  • Plan Overview: View your current plan (Basic, Starter, Growth, or Corporate) and manage your subscription. This is where you can Upgrade, Downgrade, or Cancel your plan.
    • Note: For Corporate plans, modifications are available after the 12-month commitment period ends.
  • Usage Tracking: Get a high-level view of your current usage across all services, including the number of active Seats (team members) and total Services under your company account.
  • Payment & Invoicing:  
    • EDIT your Payment Method (Change your bank card).
    • Access and Download Invoices for your accounting records.

3. Services

The Services tab lists every KYC and KYB service created under your company profile.

  • Status at a Glance: View the current status and the number of team members assigned to each specific service.
  • Quick Access: Click on any service row to jump directly into that service’s detailed view and management dashboard.

4. Team Management

The Team tab is where you control who has access to your company account and what they can do.

  • Invite & Remove: Add new colleagues to your company account or revoke access for those who no longer require it.
  • Roles & Permissions: Review company-level roles and see exactly which services each member can access, along with their specific role within those services.
