This view allows the KYC operator to quickly check the sets of attributes and certificates that are collected from the users. It depends on the settings the business chose when the dashboard was configured.

1. Summary tab

The Summary tab shows:

  • General information of the user as well as their KYC status and submission timeline.
  • Comments allow the operator to add a comment as a note of a profile. Please note that you cannot edit or delete your comment after adding it.
  • Logs show the detailed KYC process of the user's profile (user’s (re)submissions/ operator’s actions).
  • The actions that you can do with the user's profile such as export, archive, delete and block.

2. Certificates tab

The certificates tab is presented only when you use the paid Plan for your service. Via this tab, the operator can see the KYC check results automatically run by the Blockpass system.

There are four kinds of certificates:

(The number of certificates may lower based on the Plan that client registers for their service)

  • Identity Authentication
  • Sanction List and PEP (Included in the Plus/ Enterprise Plus Plan)
  • Face Match
  • Proof of Address (Enterprise services - Client collects the proof of address of users)

The operator can check the result in detail by clicking on the title of the certificate accordingly:

The ‘Details’ part presents exactly the issue flagged by the system, which helps the operator to check and have appropriate remediation.

In order to understand the result displayed in the certificates, kindly refer to the article below: https://help.blockpass.org/hc/en-gb/articles/360022656353-Can-you-explain-the-result-displayed-in-the-certificates-

Note:

  • The color of the bullet icon next to a certificate shows if there is an issue that should be investigated more. If the icon is blue then the section/ certificate result is CLEAR. It could be orange or red depending on the severity of the issue.
  • Each certificate is cryptographically signed by the issuer and by Blockpass. These signatures should always show as matched, an unmatched certificate suggests a possible forgery.

Sending reminders to users
