The User Profile Dashboard provides a detailed, organized view of a user’s submitted information, allowing operators to quickly navigate and understand their verification status and underlying data. When you click on a user's profile from the list view, you are taken to this detailed view, which is divided into three main sections: Summary, Certificates, and Blockpass Profile.
Here is a quick overview of each section:
Summary Tab
This tab provides a quick snapshot of the user's general information, including their current KYC status and submission timeline. It also hosts the profile's complete activity logs and allows operators to perform high-level actions on the profile, such as blocking, archiving, or exporting.
Certificates Tab
This tab displays the verification results from the automated Blockpass system checks. The system automatically reviews various data points (such as identity and sanctions checks) to confirm whether the profile is valid or to raise a flag for potential issues. The results here indicate the overall health of the profile and direct your attention to any areas requiring a closer look in the manual verification process.
Blockpass Profile
This section displays all the underlying data submitted by the user to the service, organized by the data fields requested. Operators can review this raw information in detail. Critically, this is the main place where you can conduct the final approval or rejection of the profile, or initiate remediation if any discrepancies are found against the KYC standards.
