The KYB Service section is now live in the Blockpass Admin Console, offering a simplified and centralized approach to managing your KYC/KYB services. This latest update introduces new features to enhance user experience and efficiency. While some features are still in development, you can start using the following tools right away:

Access the KYB Service section
To access the KYB Service section, log in to the Admin Console at console.blockpass.org.
Once logged in, navigate to the top of the page and click on the KYB Service option to view your comprehensive list of KYB services.
Within this section, you have the ability to search for specific services and view the following details:
- Service Logo & Service Name
- Client ID: This is generated upon the creation of the service and cannot be changed.
- Status: By default, all services are set to Active status.

Dashboard: Clicking this icon
will take you directly to the KYB dashboard associated with that service.

Shareable Link: By clicking this icon
, you can obtain the shareable link for the KYB public form. This link is essential for enabling your business users to submit their KYB information seamlessly.

Accessing a Specific KYB Service
To access a specific KYB service, simply click on the row corresponding to the service you wish to manage. Within the service interface, you will have the capability to perform several actions:
Display tab
In this tab, you can modify the service name and upload a logo. Don’t forget to click the 'SAVE' button at the bottom of the page after making any updates to ensure your changes are recorded.
Team tab
It is important to note that KYC and KYB services are managed independently. Therefore, adding a member to a KYC service does not automatically grant them access to KYB services. You will need to add team members to each service individually.
- Step 1: Click the ADD MEMBER button.
- Step 2: Enter the member's email address, assign the role of Manager, and then click SEND INVITE to send them an invitation.
- Step 3: The invited member will receive an email containing instructions to access the Console.
Remove a team member:
- The console does not currently support removing team members directly. To remove a member, please contact us via email at sales@blockpass.org for assistance.
Shareable link
Easily get a link to share with Business Users for KYB profile submissions. The link remains consistent for each service.
