Blockpass's Crypto AML API-First solution screens crypto wallet addresses for illicit activity, without requiring users to complete a full KYC process. It's ideal when wallet-level risk screening is all you need — for example, before a deposit, withdrawal, or on-chain transaction.
How it works:
- Blockpass team configures the service for your account.
- From there, you can either:
- Self-Serve — Submit wallet addresses via API and retrieve results programmatically or view them directly in the KYC Dashboard.
- Managed Service — Have Blockpass handle wallet check submissions upon request (e.g., via email), with results available in the KYC Dashboard or via API.

What the Check Does
The CryptoAML API analyzes a wallet address for links to illicit activities such as dark market dealings, gambling, client deposits, or large transactions over 10k and returns a risk score.
- Auto-Review: Wallets with a CLEAR result are automatically approved.
- Manual Review: Flagged wallets are held for manual decision.
Results Summary
Blockpass returns a risk score from 0 to 100, where 0 is the highest risk and 100 is the lowest risk.
